Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) may have done the same.
King (NYSE: KING) defended its disappointing public debut.
Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) spent $2 billion on yet another startup.
Microsoft released Office for the iPad.
Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) was rumored to be having talks with Comcast (NASDAQ: CMCSA), but a well-known analyst quickly shot down any hopes of a lucrative deal.
Dish Network (NASDAQ: DISH) and DirecTV (NASDAQ: DTV) were rumored to merge again.
And Facebook confirmed that it is in the drone business -- but not for the same reasons as Amazon.
