What Do To With Starbucks, Amgen, Costco, Twilio, Gilead and Kroger?
On CNBC's "Power Lunch", Guy Adami said he would sell Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ: SBUX). Chad Morganlander is a buyer of the stock. He thinks it's going to trade higher in the next three years.
Amgen, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMGN) is a buy, thinks Morganlander. He sees the stock at $200. Adami is also a buyer because the valuation makes sense.
Morganlander thinks Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) is going to have a consistent dividend and revenue growth over the next three years. Adami also thinks the stock is a buy.
Adami likes Twilio Inc (NYSE: TWLO) and he wants to buy it. He explained that the stock has a large short interest and he noticed that the management bought shares. Morganlander would sell the stock because he thinks it's overvalued.
Gilead Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: GILD) is a hold, believes Adami. Morganlander thinks that valuation for the stock is attractive and he wants to buy it.
Morganlander sees Kroger Co (NYSE: KR) as a hold. The trends in the stock need to improve before he buys it. Adami is a buyer because he thinks the risk-reward for the stock is attractive and he thinks it's going to form a double bottom pattern. He is a buyer of the stock.
