European Markets Mixed

European markets are now closed. Stock markets across Europe performed as follows:

The U.K. FTSE rose 0.7%.

The German DAX dropped 0.4%.

The French CAC added 0.3%.

The Spanish IBEX tacked on 0.8%.

The Portuguese PSI gained 0.8%.

The euro is higher against the dollar today after the worse-than-expected jobs report. The euro last traded at 1.2574, up 0.47% against the dollar.
