1) Orthovita (NASDAQ: VITA): Trading up 40.1% from Friday's close to $3.82. Orthovita is set to be acquired by Stryker (NYSE: SYK) for $3.85 per share in cash. The deal is valued at $316 million.

2) CNinsure (NASDAQ: CISG): Trading up 30.3% from Friday's close to $17.15. CNinsure received an offer to purchase the company for $19 per share. The buying group includes Kingsford Resources, TPG Asia V M U, and Chairman Yinan Hu.

3) Top Image Systems (NASDAQ: TISA): Trading up 29.3% from Friday's close to $2.65. Top Image announced the launch of its mobile banking solutions service, which allows financial institutions to meet customer demand for mobile banking options. The new service includes a variety of applications allowing for check deposits, bill payments, and invoice payments.

4) EnerNOC (NASDAQ: ENOC): Trading up 25% from Friday's close to $21.32. EnerNOC announced that its 2014 PJM response revenue will grow to over $214 million in 2014. The price target was raised to $46 by Brian Chin at Citi.

5) Telestone Technologies (NASDAQ: TSTC): Trading up 20.6% from Friday's close to $8.40. Telestone reported Q1 revenue of $14.5 million versus $11.1 million for the same period last year – a 30% increase. Basic earnings per share came in at $0.13 versus a loss of $0.11 for the same quarter last year.

Other Notable Gainers

SuperMedia (NASDAQ: SPMD): Trading up 13% from Friday's close to $4.34. Shares hit a 52-week low of $3.31 on Friday.

Kandi Technologies (NASDAQ: KNDI): Trading up 10.5% from Friday's close to $2.19. Kandi reported Q1 net income of $0.20 per share versus a loss of $0.01 per share for the same period last year.

ARCA biopharma (NASDAQ: ABIO): Trading up 15.5% from Friday's close to $2.90. Shares have gained 55% in the last three trading sessions.

Worst

1) KongZhong (NASDAQ: KONG): Trading down 23% from Friday's close to $5.95. KongZhong shares have already traded over six times their average daily volume. Heavy selling pressure began at 10:38 EST. Seeking Alpha published a report noting significant volume in June put options.

2) OXiGENE (NASDAQ: OXGN): Trading down 17.2% from Friday's close to $4.33. A negative report on OXiGENE was published by Seeking Alpha this morning. Shares have broken below their 200-day simple moving average (one year chart).

3) Vermillion (NASDAQ: VRML): Trading down 14.3% from Friday's close to $5.27. Shares hit a 52-week low of $3.33 on Thursday of last week.

4) PostRock Energy (NASDAQ: PSTR): Trading down 13.4% from Friday's close to $5.71. Shares have lost 32% since setting a 52-week high ($8.45) on April 28th.

5) FXCM (NYSE: FXCM): Trading down 13% from Friday's close to $10.38. FXCM reported earnings of $0.16 per share versus estimates of $0.20 per share. Revenue came in at $94.6 million versus estimates of $74 million.

Other Notable Losers

Atrinsic (NASDAQ: ATRN): Trading down 12.6% from Friday's close to $2.23. Atrinsic reported Q1 revenue of $7.1 million versus $12.2 million for the same period last year – a 42% decrease.

Synthesis Energy Systems (NASDAQ: SYMX): Trading down 11.6% from Friday's close to $2.43. Shares have lost 46% since setting a 52-week high of $4.50 on April 19th.

Global Ship Lease (NYSE: GSL): Trading down 11.7% from Friday's close to $6.12. Global Ship Lease reported Q1 revenue of $39.1 million versus $39.2 million for the same period last year.
