Nvidia, Advanced Micro Devices To Present At 2017 Game Developers Conference
The 2017 Game Developers Conference will kick off Feb. 27 and last through March 3 in San Francisco. The event attracts nearly 30,000 attendees and is considered the primary forum where programmers, artists, producers, game designers, audio professionals, business decision-makers and other members of the gaming community share ideas and gather together.
Over 500 lectures, panels, tutorials and round-table discussions will be held during the event. Several notable companies that play a large role in the gaming community, will be present at the event.
Advanced Micro Devices
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMD) will be hosting a presentation on Feb. 28 at 10:30 a.m. PT. The presentation will showcase the future of graphics and processor technologies and will be live streamed to investors and the general public.
Nvidia
NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) will be hosting two sessions from its Deep Learning Institute.
On Wednesday, the company's vice president for applied deep learning research will offer GDC's attendees an introduction to deep learning (9:30–10:30 a.m.), and another session (11 a.m.–noon) will focus on how to accelerate material creation.

"Come to one of these if you want to learn about cutting edge deep learning techniques and get hands-on lab experience training a deep neural network to solve practical problems," Nvidia teased attendees.
Nvidia will also showcase a booth featured its GameWorks technology, a developer program encompasses all the game-related technologies that the company has developed and refined over the years.
Nintendo
Nintendo Co., Ltd (ADR) (OTC: NTDOY) will host a discussion on Wednesday at 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. The company's game director, Hidemaro Fujibayashi; art director, Satoru Takizawa; and technical director, Takuhiro Dohta, will be discussing its latest game "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" and explore the many changes that were brought into the franchise that break away from the game's historical past.
