Dominion Midstream posted Q3 earnings of $0.30 per share on revenue of $85 million and agreed to acquire Questar Pipeline from Dominion Resources for $1.725 billion. The company also announced a 12 million share offering on heels of pipeline acquisition.
- Nike Inc (NYSE: NKE) shares fell 3 percent to $50.46 following negative Jim Cramer/CNBC comments. Bank of America downgraded Nike from Neutral to Underperform.
