  • Memorial Production Partners LP (NASDAQ: MEMP) shares tumbled 51.4 percent to $0.530 as the company announced Friday that it will suspend quarterly cash distribution. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded Memorial Production Partners from Hold to Sell.
  • Opexa Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: OPXA) shares dropped 23.8 percent to $0.800. Opexa Therapeutics shares have dropped 64.29 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 1.06 percent in the same period.
  • EV Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EVEP) shares declined 17.5 percent to $1.79. EV Energy Partners shares have declined 64.01 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 1.06 percent in the same period.
  • Lumber Liquidators Holdings Inc (NYSE: LL) shares fell 13.8 percent to $15.93 after the company posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Centurylink Inc (NYSE: CTL) shares declined 12.3 percent to $26.66 as the company agreed to acquire Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NYSE: LVLT).
  • Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc (NYSE: ZBH) dropped 11.8 percent to $108.13. Zimmer Biomet reported Q3 adjusted earnings of $1.79 per share on sales of $1.83 billion. The company also lowered the high end of previously issued FY16 earnings outlook.
  • Chanticleer Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: HOTR) declined 6.3 percent to $0.450 as the company reported a rights offering for up to $13.5 million in units.
  • GoPro Inc (NASDAQ: GPRO) shares fell 5.7 percent to $9.25. GoPro is expected to release quarterly earnings on November 3, 2016.
  • Invacare Corporation (NYSE: IVC) dropped 5.6 percent to $9.25 after the company reported a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Baker Hughes Incorporated (NYSE: BHI) shares declined 4.8 percent to $56.30 after General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) confirmed that it has entered into an agreement in which its oil and gas business will combine with Baker Hughes to create a world-leading oilfield technology provider.
  • SunCoke Energy Inc (NYSE: SXC) shares declined 4 percent to $10.34. SunCoke Energy announced plans to acquire SunCoke Energy Partners LP (NYSE: SXCP).
  • Sanmina Corp (NASDAQ: SANM) slipped 3.7 percent to $27.45. Cross Research downgraded Sanmina from Buy to Hold.
  • Dominion Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: DM) fell 3.1 percent to $23.15. Dominion Midstream posted Q3 earnings of $0.30 per share on revenue of $85 million and agreed to acquire Questar Pipeline from Dominion Resources for $1.725 billion. The company also announced a 12 million share offering on heels of pipeline acquisition.
  • Nike Inc (NYSE: NKE) shares fell 3 percent to $50.46 following negative Jim Cramer/CNBC comments. Bank of America downgraded Nike from Neutral to Underperform.
  • Dean Foods Co (NYSE: DF) shares dropped 2.5 percent to $18.03. Dean Foods is projected to release quarterly earnings on November 7, 2016.
