Salesforce's 'Dreamforce' Event Is Like Woodstock For Fans Of The Cloud
This week, salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) is hosting its 14th annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, California.
Dreamforce is a four-day event designed to bring together thought leaders, industry pioneers, and thousands of peers for days of fun, inspiration, networking and giving back, according to salesforce.
This year, the conference is expecting over 170,000 visitors from 83 countries. It's being held at multiple venues in San Francisco: the Moscone Center, Marriott Marquis, InterContinental, The Palace Hotel, Hilton Union Square, and The Park Central.
Keynote speakers include Tony Robins, Mark Cuban, Chris Sacca, will.i.am, Marc Benioff, Melinda Gates and Robin Roberts.
Some anticipated topics and events are salesforce’s new AI Einstein, and the first “Dreampitch Competition,” a startup competition judged by Cuban, Sacca, will.i.am and Shahrzad Rafati.
U2 is set to perform on Wednesday night.
