Report: IBM Looking To Unload Its Remaining Stake In Lenovo

Share:

International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) is looking to sell its remaining $150 million stake in Lenovo, according to a report by IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.

Reuters, citing the IFR report, noted that IBM is looking to sell its remaining 182 million share stake in Lenovo at a price range of HK$6.26 ($0.8052) to HK$6.42. This would mark a discount of up to 6.4 percent to Lenovo's closing price on Wednesday on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

IBM has hired bankers at Goldman Sachs as sole bookrunner for the deal.
