3D Systems Announces Delay In Filing Of Form 10-K, Reaffirms Prior Guidance

Share:

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE: DDD) announced after Thursday's market close that it will delay the submission of its annual report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year 2015.

3D Systems will file the necessary forms with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will grant an extension for its filing to March 15, 2016. The company noted that the delay is attributed to the completion of work related to the goodwill and intangible asset impairment charge.

3D Systems added the delay will have no impact on the operations of its business. In addition, the delay will have no impact on its financial results as the company reaffirmed its expectation to report fourth quarter revenue of approximately $183 million and impairment charges of $510 million to $570 million.

3D Systems is also postponing its February 29, 2016 conference call and will be rescheduled to coincide with the submission of its Form 10-K.

Shares of 3D Systems showed no trades early Friday morning, but fell 3.71 percent following the announcement on Thursday.
