LifeLock Promotes Its President To CEO
Shares of Lifelock Inc (NYSE: LOCK) dipped lower by more than 2 percent after Wednesday's market close following the company's announcement of a management change and prelim. guidance.
Shares did rebound early Thursday morning and were lower by just 0.15 percent at $13.39.
LifeLock stated that Hilary Schneider, the company's current President, has been named as CEO of the company. Schneider will replace Todd Davis who will relinquish his CEO title and assume the duties as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board.
Schneider was named LifeLock's president in 2012. Prior to joining the company, she worked at Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) where she oversaw its North and South American business and held the title of Executive Vice President.
LifeLock also issued preliminary guidance and expects to earn $0.62 to $0.63 per share in the full year fiscal 2015 on revenue of $586 to $587 million.
Wall Street analysts are expecting the company to earn $0.62 per share on revenue of $584.9 million.
