In what could be the year's slowest week in technology news, Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) made waves after it announced that it sold more than one million Xbox One units.

Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) scored a few headlines after it was revealed that the company's CEO fought against any plans to open its stores on Thanksgiving.

Rumors claimed that Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) was hard at work on its next Kindle Paperwhite.

Google's (NASDAQ: GOOG) exec chairman confidently said that iOS users will switch to Android and never go back.

And Disney (NYSE: DIS) cut Pixar's workforce after delaying one of the animation studio's films.
