SLIDESHOW: iWatch Supplier, iPad Event And More From The Third Week Of October
There were a number of notable headlines from Apple, (NASDAQ: AAPL), Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) and other industry players this week, but there weren't any really big announcements.
As a result, consumers and investors alike turned their attention to the days ahead, such as the October 22 iPad event, the possibility of an imminent iWatch release and sales indicators for the iPhone 5C.
Elsewhere, Sony (NYSE: SNE) and Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) announced that they are producing a new series together.
Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) acquired a startup.
And clueless retail store employees hurt Wii U sales for Nintendo (OTC: NTDOY).
