Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) launched its 42nd store Friday morning with an appearance by Steve Ballmer and tickets to a free concert from recording artist Kelly Clarkson.
It was a fun-filled event with an immeasurable level of enthusiasm from Clarkson fans, techies and Microsoft store employees alike.
As a bonus, Microsoft passed out tons of t-shirts, offered discounts on the Surface RT and gave a cornucopia of cool prizes -- including a fully-paid pre-order for Xbox One.
