Jeffrey Skilling Denied New Trial
Jeffrey Skilling, the ex CEO of Enron was denied a new trial, and upheld his conviction on 19 counts of crimes Skilling was previously accused of.
Skilling's 24 year prison sentence was also vacated, and sent back to a lower court for re-sentencing.
Dan Petrocelli, Skilling's lawyer, said that he would continue to fight for Skilling in hopes of overturning the charges.
