Matthew K. Rose Joins AT&T Board of Directors (T)

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) today announced that Matthew K. Rose will join the company's board of directors. Mr. Rose is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Burlington Northern Santa Fe, LLC (BNSF), a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

Mr. Rose also serves on the board of AMR Corporation, the parent company of American Airlines.
