USDA Export Sales; Soybean Futures Trading Lower

The USDA reported today that Soybean weekly export sales for the current marketing year for the period ending March 2nd totaled 485,500 tonnes. Sales were up 14 percent from last week and down 8 percent from the four week average. There were 29,600 tonnes sold for 2018.

Soymeal sales for the current year totaled 301,900 tonnes. Sales were up 54 percent from the four week average.

Soybean Oil sales for the current year totaled 8,400 tonnes. Sales were down 61 percent from the four week average.

May Soybeans are trading 1016 1/4, down 5 1/2 cents/bushel. November Soybeans are trading at 1005, down 5 1/4 cents/bushel. May Soymeal is trading at 330.3, down 0.8 $/ton. May Soybean Oil is trading at 33.19, down 0.36 cents/lb.
