Cattle futures have are trading lower Wednesday morning. October Cattle is trading at 147.87, down 0.32 and December Cattle is trading at 149.15, down 0.15. Trading is expected to remain very choppy with possible wide ranges.

Market chatter about steady cash prices has kept both buyers and sellers active in a rangebound fashion.
