Cocoa futures are trading steady to a little higher Tuesday morning. September Cocoa is trading at 3174, up 8.

Market talk about West African weather and supplies arriving to the Ivory Coast ports has been making the rounds. Currency values and overall global demand has kept both buyers and sellers busy in recent trading sessions.
