Mike Tyson, Cannabis CEO: The Champ Now Runs Carma HoldCo
The gloves are off—and the suit is on.
Mike Tyson, the legendary boxer turned cannabis entrepreneur, is stepping into a new role as CEO of Carma HoldCo, the parent company behind TYSON 2.0, Ric Flair Drip, and Wooooo! Energy and Evol by Future. The move is effective immediately.
Carma, which has built its name on celebrity-driven lifestyle brands, now has Tyson steering the ship. But this isn't a symbolic title or a marketing gimmick. It's a personal evolution for the fighter who's been part of the company's DNA since day one.
"This isn't just a title—it's a responsibility I take seriously," Tyson said in a statement. "I've wanted to be more involved for a long time, and now is the right time to take that step."
From blowing up dispensary lines to launching wellness drinks with Ric Flair, Carma has leaned hard into cultural capital. And Tyson? He's been more than a poster boy—he's shown up at stores, helped pick products and been a hands-on partner in brand-building.
"Carma HoldCo was built on the belief that powerful stories and even more powerful products can change how people connect with wellness, entertainment, and culture," Tyson added.
Under his leadership, the company says it will double down on authenticity, creativity and connection, the kind of brand values that don't come from a boardroom, but from lived experience. And few lives have been more lived than Iron Mike's.

Tyson's appointment comes at a time when Carma is looking to scale globally while staying true to its core: bold products, bold people, and a direct line to the fans. The company says the move reflects a strategic shift that favors deeper community roots and a stronger grip on brand direction.
No word yet on whether this means Tyson will start showing up to shareholder meetings, but one thing's clear: this is a CEO who knows how to land a hit.
