At this year’s Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference – the biggest gathering of cannabis leaders and investors in the world – Duane Morris participated in the panel discussion “Course Correction: How To Save Your Cannabis Business.”

“From our perspective, we’ve been astonished at the 280E liabilities that have been reported and that there hasn’t been vigorous Federal enforcement yet. Trust me, it’s coming,” said Josephson.
