As of 9:32 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 15 points, or 0.13%, to 11,563, the S&P 500 dipped 2.5 points, or 0.2%, to 1,223 and the Nasdaq Composite slid 13 points, or 0.48%, to 2,645.
