Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6's Pacifist Player Reaches Prestige Without Any Kills

In a game built around shootouts and high kill counts, Microsoft Corp.’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 player Pilgore has pulled off something unexpected—reaching Prestige without a single kill.

Sharing his stats on Reddit, Pilgore revealed that after 111 matches and nearly 20 hours of gameplay, he had a spotless 0.00 K/D ratio.

No Kills, Just Strategy

Pilgore's unusual approach centers on team objectives. He racks up points not by gunning down enemies but by supporting his team and controlling objectives in modes like Hardpoint and Domination.

This focus on objectives has earned him plenty of experience points, helping him reach Prestige without ever pulling the trigger on an enemy. His methods consistently bring in "at least 7,000 score a match," he said in an interview with IGN.

To keep earning points without taking down opponents, Pilgore uses specific perks and tools that suit his pacifist play style. His loadout includes Perks like Flak Jacket, Gearhead, and Dispatcher, allowing him to deploy up to four Spy Cams for constant intel. "Four Spy Cams can genuinely get you UAV/CUAV on its own," he explained. He also targets enemy scorestreaks from afar, taking them out to protect his teammates without ever risking an accidental kill.

A Pacifist Tradition

Pilgore's pacifist approach didn't start with Black Ops 6. He's done this before, Prestige-ranking in earlier games like Black Ops Cold War and Modern Warfare 3, racking up Prestiges with zero kills each time.

The idea started as a challenge with a friend who doubted he could reach Prestige without shooting anyone. "I enjoyed playing that way so I just kept on going," he says.

What are Pilgore’s plan for the future? "Keep going until I get a kill or get bored," he says.
