September PlayStation Plus Lineup: What's Coming And What's Leaving

Sony Group Corp. (NYSE:SONY) is set to bid farewell to 10 titles from its PlayStation Plus subscription service this month, with LittleBigPlanet 3 leading the pack.

The beloved puzzle platformer, developed by Sumo Digital and released on PS3 and PS4 in 2014, will no longer be available for subscribers, as spotted by Eurogamer.

As a PlayStation Studios title, LittleBigPlanet 3 is wholly owned by Sony Interactive Entertainment, making its departure a significant move.

This marks yet another exit for a major Sony-owned franchise from PlayStation Plus. Earlier this year, Horizon: Zero Dawn was removed from the service in May, and Horizon: Forbidden West followed in July, triggering widespread speculation about potential remasters.

However, Sony has not provided an official explanation for these removals, leaving fans wondering if a PlayStation 5 (PS5) remaster of LittleBigPlanet could be on the horizon.
