On the top end of the scale is Exxon (NYSE: XOM) with $52 billion in income and a 45 percent tax rate, resulting in a $21.6 billion tax bill. On the other side is AT&T (NYSE: T) with $18.2 billion in income and a -6.4 percent tax rate, resulting in a rather astounding $1.05 billion tax rebate.
