Vetr Top Raters Upgrade Yahoo And Viacom To 4.5-Star Stocks
Shares of Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) have lost nearly 20 percent since the start of 2016 and nearly 40 percent over the past year. Similarly, shares of Viacom, Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAB) have lost close to 40 percent over the past year but are higher by around 1 percent since the start of the new year.
Despite the relative underperformance over the past year, Vetr top raters upgraded both stocks to a 4.5-star rating.
Yahoo
Vetr top raters upgraded Yahoo's stock rating to 4.5-stars out of a possible 5-stars.
Yahoo remains a popular name among the Vetr crowd as more than 3 percent of users are holding the stock in their watch-lists. In addition, 95 percent of the crowd's ratings are bullish and the crowd sourced price target of $32.12 implies a potential upside of more than 18 percent.

Viacom
Vetr top raters upgraded Viacom's stock rating to a similar 4.5-star rating. In fact, shares of Viacom has risen to $43.24 since the prior rating of 2.0-stars was issued 11 days ago.
Viacom isn't a particular popular name among the Vetr crowd as less than 2 percent of Vetr users are holding the stock in their watch-lists. On the other hand, 90 percent of the crowd's ratings are bullish and the crowd sourced price target of $49.56 implies a potential upside of more than 17 percent.
