Computer Sciences (CSC) Is A Good Buy: Barron’s
Computer Sciences (NYSE: CSC) is slated to post its Q3 results on Feb 10. Street expectation is pegged at $1.23 a piece. According to Barron’s, Computer Sciences has registered about $16.7 billion in revenue in FY2009.
50% of its total sales come from government entities worldwide. The company also boasts a lucrative contract with Britain’s National Health Services for the implementation of an electronic-health information system. Darrin Peller of Barclays Capital has a ‘Buy’ rating on the stocks. He has given the price target of $66, which is 29% above recent levels. He said that the stock is currently trading at a P/E multiple of 10 and therefore is a cheap buy.
