Equity Research Upgrades PT And EPS on Oceaneering International (OII)

Equity Research upgraded its price target and earnings per share estimates on Oceaneering International (NYSE: OII) in a research report published today.

In the report, Equity changed its earnings per share estimates for 2011 and 2012 from $3.65 and $4.45 to $3.85 and $4.65, respectfully, following Oceaneering's upgrade of its earnings per share guidance. Equity also changed its target price from $93 to $97.

Equity currently has a Buy rating on Oceaneering.

On Friday, Oceaneering's shares added 0.98% to their value to finish the week at $87.42.
