Opening of Megamind In Line With Estimates

Jefferies & Company Inc. has published a research report on DreamWorks Animation (NASDAQ: DWA) following the opening weekend of Megamind.

Megamind opened at #1 this past weekend with a domestic debut of $47.7MM. This performance was in line with Jefferies & Company's $46.2MM estimate.

Jefferies & Company writes, "Given the roughly in-line theatrical debut, we are keeping our estimates of $160MM DBO and $373MM WWBO."

Jefferies and Company reiterates its Hold rating and $35.00 price target.

DWA closed Friday at $35.42.
