Boston Properties Remains on Bank of Americas REIT Top Pick List

BofAML's Global Real Estate Research Team hosted a European Property Tour through London, Frankfurt and Paris last week.

“The multi-sector tour included site visits and discussions with the leading office developers, landlords and brokers in these markets,” Bank of America writes. “Boston Properties Inc. (NYSE: BXP) remains on our REIT top pick list due to its market concentration and portfolio quality.”
